Rehabilitation
Our Rehabilitation Department offers Physical Therapy,
Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Audiology services. Patients
are provided with the latest techniques and treatments in our
three gyms and sessions are provided six days a week.
Whether you are a short term sub-acute patient or
a long term care resident, the Rehabilitation Department provides
a full range of clinical services, designed to assist you with
achieving your maximum level of function.
Our rehabilitation team of doctors, nurses and therapists
create individualized programs assisting the patient towards achieving
their highest potential.
Support continues with the preparation for your
journey home. Establishment of home care services, durable medical
equipment as well as pharmaceutical needs will be completed prior
to discharge. Our goal is to have residents return home safely
with strength and confidence in their ability to maintain their
independence for as long as possible.
Patients remaining with us at Kateri will continue
to receive functional intervention through our community Rehabilitation
Nursing team.
